These terms govern your use of senufo.net. Senufo LTD is a company registered in Kenya, based at Bishop Magwa Center, Nairobi, Kenya. Separate written agreements govern individual client engagements — where you have signed a contract or statement of work with us, that document takes precedence over these terms.

Senufo provides AI and software development services, and builds products including SemaHub, Odebox, Shukisha and Holdline. Descriptions of our work on this website are general; the scope, timelines and fees for any specific project are agreed in writing before work begins.

Product features and availability may change as we develop them. Where a product is still in development or pilot, we say so on the site.

You may browse this website and share it freely. When you contact us through it — by form, email, WhatsApp or the on-site chat — you agree to give accurate contact details and not to use these channels for unlawful, abusive or misleading purposes.

We may update, suspend or remove parts of this website at any time, including its content, without notice.

Prices and timelines given verbally or on this website are indicative until confirmed in a written proposal. Each engagement is governed by its own written agreement, which sets out deliverables, payment schedule and what happens if either party needs to end the work.

The Senufo name, logo, website content and our products are protected by intellectual property law. You may not copy or reuse them commercially without our written permission.

Unless a signed agreement says otherwise, ownership of deliverables created for a client in a paid engagement is agreed in that engagement's contract.

This website links to and embeds third-party services, such as Google Maps, WhatsApp and our website chat. Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for their content or availability.

This website is provided for information. To the fullest extent permitted by Kenyan law, Senufo LTD is not liable for losses arising from use of, or reliance on, the general information published here.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
